I like how you frequently embedded research into your presentation. The idea that disclosure should never be an apology is also great. Thanks!
Loved the practical therapy examples and resources!
Loved the therapy examples!
Great practical ideas and combination of counseling, education, and strategies information. Great presentation.
Loved the suggestions for therapy ideas with fluency. I find that I have a hard time finding appropriate activities for them to focus on therapy-especially getting them to talk about their fluencies/dysfluencies. The presentation in itself, however, was rushed; I'm not sure if she was nervous, but the information flew by, so I may need to listen a couple times to get it all. That said, I still enjoyed the presentation with all the information provided, thank you!
Great descriptions of techniques and resources.
Thank you for this presentation. I did not have a very good instructor during my graduate program--it was VERY painful and useless. I was VERY excited to see that you were presenting during the Summit. I will have at least 2 students that stutter on my caseload this year. You have helped put me at ease. Thanks.
Fantastic! Thanks for the wonderful ideas and information!!!
Excellent: thorough and really relevant
This seminar was AMAZING! Information was so helpful and practical. Can't wait to use some of these therapy ideas with my students!
Lauren gave an excellent presentation!! Tons of great ideas - thank you!
Lauren truly knows her research and information on this subject! I will be watching the replay on this one since she had so much information! Great session!
Great, practical information on how to work with fluency students!
Great information! Thanks!
Very informative! Thanks so much!
amazing!!! research-based info plus practical therapy examples made for a great and informative presentation!
I loved the presentation even though it seemed rushed. The content was excellent. I would love to have a Part 2 to this presentation.!!
Great presentation!!! She gave so much useful information, e.g. research, therapy ideas, resources. It was excellent!!!!
So much relevant and practical info! Thank You, Lauren!
knowledgeable, great, practical therapy ideas
Wow! I'm an therapist who's been around awhile and I was super impressed with this presenter's knowledge and therapy ideas. What an expert! Thanks for such an organized and packed presentation....though a little fast :) Purchased the fluency binder right away.
Great therapy ideas!
Outstanding presentation! Lauren provided many practical therapy ideas that can be implemented right away, along with research in the area of fluency. Thank you so much!
This was a fantastic presentation. I loved all of the examples of different activities to do for each areas that fall underneath fluency therapy.
This was a really great presentation. You gave some different ideas about education that I had not heard of before, and the information about the modification techniques was really clear. Thank you.
Excellent. I am one of those SLP's who does not feel extremely comfortable with fluency issues. I think you nailed it in the presentation, not enough classes in grad school and there just is not a high population of stutterers on one caseload. Thanks for the good info. I will feel a bit more comfortable now that I have some good tools with which to work.
Great presentation! I loved that we had time to answer questions at the end. I think that was great feedback to add into your presentation for next time. Great ideas for therapy activities. I would have appreciated examples on measurable goals and when you determine to discharge from caseload. Also, many of us had a question about training breath control, but I will email and/or post on the facebook page. Thank you so much for your time and sharing your experience!
I really like the examples used.
Great course. I like the fact that she references lots of research and gives the authors and also gives information of books and other resources. Thanks.
Hi I'm an SLP year 2 student. I wish i sat through your video before i learned this in class!!! It is so awesome! Just love your ideas and techniques.
I really appreciated this course, the information, examples, visuals, and advice. Great stuff!
Continuation of my review...I forgot the stars!
